Shaun, a young man from Virginia, started seeing things, shadowy figures lurking in the trees, faces of the dead staring back at him. He would scream in the middle of the night, claiming the jungle was talking to him, telling him to join them.

THE WHISPERS

That night, the whispers started, Faint at first, barely audible above the drone of insects, but growing louder with each passing hour. They seemed to come from everywhere and nowhere, slithering into their minds, preying on their fears. Some of the men claimed they were speaking Vietnamese, others swore they were speaking in a language older than time itself.
